The company “TISACOOP” D.O.O. from Kanjiža is engaged in the import–export, storage, delivery, and sale of food products and alcoholic beverages. Our goal is to be recognized as a reliable partner that provides safe and high-quality products on the market of the Republic of Serbia, while continuously improving our operations and strengthening the trust of customers and business partners.
The management of “TISACOOP” D.O.O. is committed to establishing, implementing, and continuously improving a food safety management system in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 22000:2018 standard, as well as with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Food safety represents a fundamental principle of our business and a shared responsibility of all employees. The leadership of the company’s management is reflected in the active development and maintenance of a food safety culture through:
- continuous training, awareness-raising, and development of employees’ knowledge and competencies regarding the importance of their work for product safety,
- open and effective communication on food safety issues and potential risks, including the timely reporting of any identified non-conformities,
- clearly defined responsibilities and the personal engagement of all employees,
- consistent implementation of defined procedures and hygiene rules in all phases of operations.
In order to ensure product safety, the company pays special attention to providing the necessary resources for the effective functioning of the food safety management system, the selection and evaluation of suppliers, proper storage, handling and distribution of products, as well as the continuous monitoring of customer requirements and expectations. The company ensures effective communication with suppliers, customers, and other relevant interested parties.
